Today I will introduce you with two different railroads in the states of North and South Carolina, USA. First is the commuter railroad of 21st century - proposed solution for the traffic congestion in Charlotte area in North Carolina - a light railroad system: Lynx. While the other one is the historic freight railroad in the South Carolina - started in 1896 and survived all odds and still in business in the era of big class one railroads -Lancaster & Chester railroad.
Starting with the Lynx:
